    16 oz lean ground beef
    12 oz uncooked spaghetti
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1/2 teaspoon garlic
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 can tomato soup, undiluted
    2/3 cup water
    1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided


This casserole will freeze for up to 3 months.


Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook the beef, onion, green pepper and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the soups and water.
Drain spaghetti. Add spaghetti and 1 cup cheese to beef mixture. Transfer to greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until chesse is melted.
