    1 cup radishes, sliced
    1 cup cucumber, seeded and sliced into half moons
    .5 tsp salt
    2 tsp sugar
    5 tbsp rice vinegar (unseasoned)
    3 tbsp lime juice


Remove the seeds from the cucumber and cut into half moons. Slice the radishes. Combing with all the other ingredients and let "pickle" for an hour. Leaving the veggies in the vinegar and longer will make the veggies soggy and spicier. Adjust the sambal to your heat liking or eliminate altogether.
