    5 Green Peppers
    2 Cups Brown Rice
    1 Cup Contadina Tomato Sauce
    2 oz. Contadina Tomato Paste
    1 tsp Of Black Pepper
    1 tsp Of Italian Seasoning
1 Cup Ground Beef (extra lean)
    1 Clove Of Garlic

Combine the tomato sauce, black pepper, Italian seasoning and tomato paste in the slow cooker smash the garlic and add that as well. Then brown the beef in a pan on the stove and mix that in. Then set the slow cooker on high for 3 hours. Cook the brown rice in desired way (I have another slow cooker I just add 1 cup of brown rice and 2 1/2 cups of water and cook for about 3 hours). Then cut the tops off the peppers and clean the insides out. Get a pan and set the peppers on it. When the rice is done mix it with the sauce. When it's been 3 hours scoop the sauce, beef and rice mixture into each pepper and bake at 425 F for 45 minutes.
