Introduction

Not kidding, this dish is SPICY. But smokey and delicious too! Not kidding, this dish is SPICY. But smokey and delicious too!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    3 cups cooked whole wheat penne pasta
    2 cups pico de gallo salsa
    1/2 cup tomato paste
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    1 can chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (7oz)

Directions

Brown beef in a large sauce pan. Drain fat.

In separate sauce pan, cook pasta according to directions.

To browned beef, add tomato ingredients and simmer on low until the pasta is cooked. Drain pasta and add to beef mixture and heat through.

Easy peasy! Enjoy.
