    Stir 2-1/4 tsp yeast into 1 cup warm water until it dissolves. Add flour, sugar, salt, olive oil and mix first with wooden spoon, then with hands. Allow to rest for 10 to 15 minutes in warm location.

    Spread on pizza stone, cover with toppings and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
