    6 cups home-made chicken broth
    1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded (made about 1.25 cups)
    up to 2 cups of mixed frozen veggies (corn, peas, carrots)
    3/4 cup of chopped potatoes

    about a cup of spinach pasta (uncooked) broken into desired bite-sized pieces.

    get the broth boiling and add soup ingredients starting with potatoes (which will take longest to cook). Add spices to taste. (I used garlic, basil, rosmary, cumin, and a little sage.) Add the pasta when there is about 12 minutes left till the potatoes are done.

    Makes about 7 servings.
