    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup oats
    3 scoops vanilla isolate protein powder
    1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar mix
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    1 cup fat free greek yogurt
    2 Tbsp I can't believe its not butter light, melted
    2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
    2 egg whites
    1 Tbsp grated orange zest
    1 cup fresh raspberries
    3 Tbsp powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp Trop 50 orange juice


1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a muffin pan with paper liners. Set aside.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, protein powder, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

3. In a separate bowl, combine the yogurt, vanilla, butters, egg and orange zest. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet, stirring just until moistened. Fold in raspberries and spoon batter evenly into prepared pan.

4. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove and allow to cool on a wire rack until cooled completely.

5. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth and pour over muffins.

Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins
