    1 egg, cooked
    1/8 c finely chopped onion
    1/8 c finely chopped celery
    1/4 c miracle whip, light
    1 T relish, made with splenda
    1 t Dijon mustard
    6 oz tuna, in water, drained


After the egg is cooked, mash it with a fork. Mix all the other ingredients.
Serve the way you like.
Makes about 1 c
1/4 c per serving.
