    1/2 cup Hodgson Mill Buckwheat pancake mix
    1/4 cup 2% milk milk
    1 cup applesauce
    1 egg
    vanilla to taste
    cinnamon to taste


Mix all ingredients and blend well. Use more milk for thinner pancakes.

Place on a griddle and when bubbles are noted on edges flip the pancakes.


Makes 6 pancakes. Serving size is 2 pancakes.
