    7 Hard boiled Eggs
    5 TBSP Fat Free Miracle Whip
    2 tsp mustard
    Salt/pepper to taste


Boil eggs for 10 minutes. Let cool. Chop eggs and mix with remaining ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Toast your favorite bread and make 4 egg salad sandwiches. A little less than 1/2 cup of salad for each sandwich.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings a little less than 1/2 cup each
