    1 cup orange juice
    1 1/2 tbsp honey
    1 1/2 tbsp champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar
    1 tbsp olive oil
    Dash of salt


Combine 1st three ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Cook until reduced to a 1/2 cup. (about 15 minutes). Let cool. Add olive oil and salt then whisk.
