    3 c whole wheat egg noodles (7oz)
    1 pkg mushrooms sliced (10oz)
    1 large orange bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 lb extra lean ground beef
    1 1/2 c red fat spaghetti sauce
    1 can red fat condensed cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c red fat shredded cheddar cheese
    1 (3 1/2 oz) pckg turkey pepperoni
    2 Tbsp red fat grated Parmesan Cheese


1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 2 qt baking dish with nonstick spray. Cook the noodles as directed. Rinse and drain.

2) Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray. Cook the next 3 ingredients over med high heat 5 min. Add the beef and cook until browned. Add the spaghetti sauce, soup, 1/2c shredded cheese, and the noodles. Spoon in to the baking dish.

3) Bake until hot, about 40 min. Top with the remaining cheddar and remaining ingredients. Bake 5 min longer.

Makes 8 servings- 1 cup per serving
