Introduction

Combine dry ingredients set aside. Blend wet ingredients in a bowl then add dry ingredients. Add banana and blend then add chocolate chips. Makes 12 muffins. Ingredients

    1.5 cups flour
    1 cup dry oats
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1 egg white
    3/4 cup 1% milk
    1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 medium bananas
    5 Tablespoons semi sweet chocolate morsels

Tips

You can omit the chocolate chips and/or add walnuts if you like.


Directions

Bake @400 degrees for 18 minutes.
