    1 deep dish pie shell
    4 eggs
    6 tbsp of all purpose flour
    2 tbsp of baking powder
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 tsp of vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    2 cups of skim milk


bake pie shell according to package directions for approximatly 10 minutes.
cover pie crust edge with foil
slightly beat eggs with a fork. stir in sugar, vanilla, salt, flour, baking powder and nutmeg. Gradually stir in milk

place partially cooked pie shell back on oven rack pour filling into shell. bake at 350 for 25 ,remove foil and cook for 15-20 minutes until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

serve warm or cold. refridgerate uneaten portion
