    4 tsp canola oil
    1 lb beef round steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
    2 Tbsp Kikkoman Lite soy sauce
    12 oz fresh broccoli florets
    1 8-oz package sliced mushrooms

    1 packet McCormick Brown Gravy Mix
    1 cup water


Heat oil in skillet on high heat. Add beef and soy sauce, and cook until browned.

Add vegetables, and stir-fry until mushrooms just begin to soften.

Add gravy packet and water, and stir to coat throughly.

Serve over brown rice or shirataki noodles.
