    2 medium bananas, mashed
    1 whole egg
    1 egg white
    1 tsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light, melted
    2 tsp unsalted butter, melted
    1 tsp vanilla
    3 Tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend
    1 cup pastry flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/3 cup chopped walnuts
    1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips


1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat a 9x9 baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, whisk the egg, egg white, melted butter and vanilla until well-combined. Stir in the mashed bananas, walnuts and chocolate chips.

3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until they are just combined - donít overmix! Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.

4. Bake for 25 minutes, or until a pick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
