    2 Tbsp milled flax seed
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tbsp smart balance buttery light spread with flax


Melt spread. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Microwave for 2 minutes. Should pull away from sides of bowl and be dry on the top. Has the consistency of english muffin. You can add cinnamon or cheese, etc. for additional changes, tastes, etc.
