Ingredients

    1 Cup Canned Black Beans, drained and rinsed
    12 ounces Lean Ground Beef
    1/4 Cup diced Red Onion
    1 teaspoon Chili Powder
    1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
    1/4 teaspoon dried Oregano Leaves
    1/2 teaspoon Salt
    Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
    4 Hamburger Buns (not calculated in calories)

Directions

Place drained beans in a large bowl and mash with a potato masher. Add beef, onion, cumin, salt, pepper, oregano and chili powder; mix to combine. Shape into 4 burgers and grill, broil or pan-fry until cooked through.
Serve as is or on hamburger buns.
