Introduction

From She-Fit.com, but I added less peanut butter. From She-Fit.com, but I added less peanut butter.
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 cup dry oats
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    6 scoops chocolate whey isolate (she didn't used isolate, I only use isolate to get rid of the gross amount of cholesterol that can be present otherwise)
    1tsp. stevia
    2 Tbps all natural peanut butter
    1 cup fat-free greek yogurt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3-4 tbsp. water

Directions

Mix all ingredientts but water, stir until uniform. Add only as much water as is needed to make it easy to spread. Pour into a 9x9 pan, and set in fridge for a few hours, will be ready to cut (or if you're like me it will still be pudding!) into 9 squares. I just scooped it into 9 small tupperware containers.

Serving Size: Makes 9 bars.
