Ingredients

    White Corn Tortillas, 10
    Black Olives, 4 tbsp
    Green Zuccini Squash, 1 cup
    La Palma Green Chile Enchilada Sauce 1 large can
    1 chicken breast, boneless skinless

Directions

cook chicken in crock pot until it shreds

In a large skillet over med-high, heat oil and fry tortilla strips. dry on paper towel to soak up excess oil

then in a large skillet over med-high heat, bring sauce to a boil and stir in tortilla pieces, olives, chicken and zuccini. reduce heat and simmer uncovered 5 mins.
