    1 pound lean ground beef
    2 teaspoon onion powder
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon dried oregano
    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    1 teaspoon ground fennel or 1/ tsp seeds
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
    2 (14.5 ounce) can Italian stewed tomatoes, cut up
    1 (12 ounce) package bow tie pasta
    2 cups shredded spinach
    1 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


May need extra liquid if your cooker cooks hot. Add tomato sauce or water as needed.


Brown ground beef with onion and garlic powders and spices. Add to slow cooker with Italian stewed tomatoes and crushed tomatoes. Cook on low for 6 hours then turn up to high, add pasta, spinach, and cheeses and cook for approximately 1 hour or until noodles are cooked.
