Ingredients

    1 Cup corn
    1/2 Cup Red Peppers
    2 Tbsp Chives
    4 tsp Margarine

Tips

This makes 2 rounded 1/2 cup servings. Could make this into 4 servings to feed a family of 4.


Directions

Mix corn, peppers, and chives together. Melt margarine and pour over corn mixture. Mix well. Add mixture to foil, tightly seal and grill/BBQ for 15 minutes on Med-High.
