    8 cups chopped dandelion greens
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 clove garlic
    1 c raw onion chopped
    crushed red pepper
    salt and parmesan cheese for sprinkling if desired


Cook greens in small amount of water for 10 minutes. Drain. Saute onions garlic and crushed pepper in olive oil til soft.. Add dandelion to onion mixture. Stir until combined. Sprinkle with salt and or parmesan cheese if desired.
