Ingredients

    Beat 4 large eggs
    Dice asparagus
    then take a pie dish that is sprayed with PAM place asparagus in bottom pour over egg. Place tomato slices on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees till firm.
