    4 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    8 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds
    1 Cups Slivered Almonds
    1 Head Cabbage
    8 Green Onions (Chives)
    2 Pkg Chicken Flavored Top Ramen Noodles
    4 Tbsp Sugar
    6 Tbsp Vinegar
    1 Cup Peanut Oil
    2 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Pepper
    2 Noodle Flavor packages


Start by boiling chicken breasts for approximately 20 minutes. While chicken is cooking, chop/shred cabbage into a large salad bowl. Chop up the green onions, stalk and bulb. Add the sunflower seeds and Almonds. Crush the Ramen noodles into little pieces and add to the mixture. Do Not add the flavor packets at this time.
Cut up the cooked chicken into small bite sized pieces and add this to the mixure as well. Mix thoroughly.

4 Tbsp Sugar
6 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Cup Peanut Oil
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
2 Noodle Flavor packages

Add above ingredients into a shaker (or something you can use to shake
it all together) this will mix everything up real good.

Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. You can serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes about 20-30 servings.
