Introduction

These are a great way to prepare your breakfast for those busy mornings where you can just grab one out of the freezer and go. These are a great way to prepare your breakfast for those busy mornings where you can just grab one out of the freezer and go.

Ingredients

    1 package Pizza Dough mix ( i used Great Value)
    4 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    1 package Peppered Gravy Mix'
    1/2 Container Egg Beaters (1 Cup)
    13 Slices Oscar Mayer Fully cooked Canadian bacon (chopped)

Tips

You can always use the regrigerated pizza dough. Would be much faster and less work. Will need to adjust the calories though.


Directions

mix dough with 1/2 Cup Hot water. Cover and let rise for 5-10 minutes. Scramble Egg, Prepare Gravy mix according to directions, chop canadian bacon.

To assemble, portion the dough into 16 equal pieces. Roll out and make small pizzas. on 8 of the circles place 1 Tbs egg, 1 Tbs Cheese, 1 Tbs Gravy and 1 1/2 slices (chopped) bacon.

Put another "pizza" shaped dough over the top and seal the edges.

Place on a greased cooking sheet and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Let cool, wrap in plastic wrap and freeze until you pull out to eat. microwave in plastic wrap for 1 1/2 minutes.
