    3/4 C. White Flour
    1/4 C. Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
    2 tsp. Baking Powder
    1 1/4 tsp Truvia or 1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/4 C. Almond Milk (Almond Breese Unsweetened Vanilla)
    1 Tbsp. Canola Oil
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    3/4 C. Mashed Banana
    1 C. Blueberries (Dole Frozen Wild Blueberries)


In a medium bowl combine flours, baking powder,sugar, then add the milk oil and vanilla and mix only until combined (batter will be lumpy) then add banana, mix just until combined. Pour 1/4 C. of batter on to hot griddle, sprinkle with blueberries, cook until golden brown, flip and cook until brown.
