Number of Servings: 6


    1 pound ground beef (I used ground turkey)
    1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten (I used egg white)
    1/4 cup steak sauce (like A-1)
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (hers was mozzarella)


If you like your burger light brown, use the oven. Turn once.


Preheat grill on high (I used oven on 350 degrees). In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients with your clean hands. Form into 4 patties. Place patties on grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Baste with additional steak sauce, if desired.
