    1 can- Polar Tiny Shrimp
    1 can- Chicken of the Sea- Pink Crab
    4oz- Ronzoni, Whole Wheat Penne Rigate
    2 Tbsp- Lawry's Baja Chipotle Marinade
    4 Tbsp- Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream


1, Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Return to stove.
2. Mix sour cream and marinade together in a bowl.
3. Drain all liquid from shrimp and crab. Combine with pasta.
4. Add sour cream/marinade mixture over other ingredients. Stir well over low heat until heated through.

Makes two servings.
