    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    12 oz. pkg. Morning Star Farms Sausage-Style Recipe Crumbles
    4 6-7oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (cubed)
    1 26 oz. jar Blue Parrot spaghetti sauce
    2 bunches broccolini (ends trimmed)
    10 oz. pkg. Fiber Gourmet Whole Wheat Fettuccine
    2 cloves garlic, peeled & sliced thin
    1 tsp. red-pepper flakes
    1/4C. Athenos Roasted Garlic Hummus
    1/2C. canned garbanzo beans (chickpeas), rinsed & drained
    1/2C. DiGiorno Shredded Three Cheese (divided)


1. Heat olive oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add the chicken & sausage until chicken is cooked through. Drain off any fat and add the spaghetti sauce. Keep the mixture warm.
2. Blanch the broccolini and use a slotted spoon to remove the vegetable from the pot. Then use the same boiling water to cook the pasta. Prepare the fettuccine according to the directions on the package, tasting to make sure is al dente.
3. While the pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Add the blanched broccolini, garlic, and red pepper, and cook until the garlic is lightly browned. Stir in the hummus and the garbanzos, and reduce the heat to low.
4. Drain the pasta and toss it with the chicken/sausage/sauce mixture to coat. Top each portion with a scoop of the broccolini-hummus mixture and 1 Tbsp. of DiGiorno Shredded Three Cheese.
