    8 oz Cream Cheese softened
    1 oz each of calamata green and black olives finely chopped(about 1/4 cup packed)
    1/4 cup mayonaise
    4 oz finely shredded 2% sharp cheddar cheese
    1 tsp dehydrated onion flakes
    1 tsp black pepper (or to taste)
    1 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp mustard powder or prepared mustard


Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well mixed. Use as a spread on celery or a dip for veggies as a low carb snack. *Lower fat cream cheese and mayo can be used to lower the fat content. Fat free mayo normally has a higher carb content so make sure you count the extra. Makes about 16 servings of 2 Tbsp each. Pimentos can be added in place of olives to make your own pimento cheese spread.
