    1 over ripe banana mashed
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1 oz lemon juice
    1 tbsp vanilla
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/8 cup chopped walnuts


Combine all ingredients but walnuts in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add walnuts and simmer 5 minutes more. Allow to cool or enjoy warm
