Roasted Pork Mole Roasted Pork Mole

Ingredients

    Pork loins
    Garlic Cloves
    Onion
    Chicken broth
    Peanut Butter

Directions

Place pork chops, garlic cloves, onions, and 2 cups broth in crock pot. Cook on high for 6 hours. Shred pork. In sauce pan transfer stock from crock pot and bring to a boil. Create a rue with the flour. Add peanut butter.
