Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup Splenda
    3/4 cup nonfat milk
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
    8 oz frozen blueberries


Directions

Heat oven to 350F. Spray 9" pie plate with cooking spray. In large bowl, stir flour, sugar, milk, baking powder and salt until well blended. Stir in melted butter. Pour into pie plate. Pour frozen blueberries over batter. Sprinkle with crystallized ginger if you like.
Bake uncovered 1 hour or until edges are golden brown and center is set. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Serve warm.
