Ingredients

    KIRK'S VEGGIE & CHEESE OMLET

    1 scrambled egg+1 scrambed egg white or egg substitute
    5 or 6 Cherry Tomatoes cut up
    Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 1/4 cup
    1/2 medium raw chopped onion
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    Diced Breakfast Ham-Extra Lean-4oz

Tips

you might want to add mushrooms,peppers,shrimp,zucchine,broccolie


Directions

In a seperate fry pan.... Saute the veggies and ham in olive oil, till onions are lightly browned, scramble your egg and egg white together and pour in a seperate fry pan with a light spray of Pam ....when the egg is done pour veggie/ham mixture on top of egg and sprinkle with cheese, fold the omlet over... and plate it!
Good anytime of day!!! My husband cooks these for us most mornings only his omlet contains many more vegetables!!!
