I wanted to use off NAVAVITA sprouted Navadhanya Health Mix, and I wanted to see if I add banana only (without ragi flour) whether the cake would rise or not; This recipe showed the way. Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Saffola Oats Net 400 g, 200 gram(s)
    NAVANITA-Sprouted Navadhanya Malt-Health Mix, 200 gram(s)
    Granulated Sugar, 2 cup
    Coconut, raw, 1.75 cup, shredded
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Mangos, 1 fruit without refuse
    Banana, fresh, 400 grams
    PAM Olive oil spray Net 141 g, 2 gram(s)

Tips

Needs a larger bowl. Sugar adequate.


Directions

1) Blend oats, coconut and sugar in blender. Pour into bowl. Mix well.
2) Add Health Mix and Baking soda. Mix well.
3) Cut unripe bananas and dice mango. Blend in blender.
4) Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix well.
5) Take glass bowl, spray PAM, pour mixture, pat surface with wet fingers.
6) Microwave for 4 mins, insert toothpick and check if it comes out clean. Otherwise, microwave at 1 min intervals until cooked.
