Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef cooked & drain (i would have used turkey if I'd had it)
    2 c. frozen mixed veggies
    1 c. beef gravy (i used lowfat)
    Mix these 3 together & put into 9 in baking dish

    2 c. mashed potatos (can use instant; but i made my own)
    4 oz cream cheese cubed (i used ff)
    1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (i used 2%)
    2 cloves garlic minced
    Mix this all together while potatoes are still warm and cover the beef mixture w/ this

    Top that w/ 1/2 c. shredded cheese

    Bake for 20 min or until bubbly.
