A very flavorful meal...can be served anytime. A very flavorful meal...can be served anytime.
Number of Servings: 1


    6 Tbls of 100% Liquid egg whites (or, 2 eggs, whites only)
    Spinach, fresh (approx. 8 leaves)
    2 oz. Goat Cheese soft
    Salsa, fresh (approx. 4 Tbls.)
    Pepper, Dash


Heat up a small, non-stick frying pan
- Add eggs whites
- Add dash of pepper (per taste)
- Add Spinach
- Cook over low/medium heat for approx. 1-2 minutes
- Add Goat Cheese to 1/2 of omelete
- Cook until the egg whites start peeling on the edges from the pan (or the whites are golden on the hot side)
- Fold in half over the goat cheese
- Finish cooking

Serve with the Salsa over the omelet.

Serving Size: Makes one omelete
