Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    3 t surebake yeast
    350g white flour
    100g wholemeal flour
    1 t sugar
    2 T Olivani Lite
    2 T milk powder
    1 t salt
    250ml water

Directions

Make Dough in Breadmaker.
Rest for 20 mins in greased bowl.
Shape into rolls and proof for 30 mins in warm place.
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with seeds.
Bake at 200C for 15-25 mins.
