    19 oz ground turkey (1 pkg)
    2/3 cup chopped onion
    2/3 cup chopped carrot
    2/3 cup bread crumbs
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    2 tablespoons maple syrup
    2 teaspoons country style dijon mustard
    1 egg


spray small skillet with cooking spray and soften onion and carrot until tender; let cool slightly.

Combine vegetables, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, egg, syrup, dijon mustard, and turkey until well mixed.

Spray 8x8 square baking dish with cooking spray and shaped meatloaf mixture into an 8x3 inch loaf in dish.

Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes, bursh top of turkey loaf with addition 1-2 tablespoons of syrup and continue baking for 15-20 minutes, or until meat thermometer reaches 165 degrees and juics run clear.
