Introduction

HB Eggs, Mayo, pickle spear, s&P...done! HB Eggs, Mayo, pickle spear, s&P...done!

Ingredients

    6 hard boiled eggs
    3 TBSP Hellman's LowFat Mayo
    1 diced Claussen Dill Pickle Spear
    1/8 tsp sea salt
    fresh cracked pepper (to taste)

Tips

Use week old eggs if possible since fresh eggs tend to be more difficult to peel once boiled.


Directions

Put eggs in pot w/ enough water to fully cover them. Add salt 1/2 tsp salt to water
Bring to rolling boil for 3 minutes & then cover & remove pan from heat.
Let stand for 15 minutes then drain & allow to cool completely.
Peel eggs & cut into quarters & then place in a medium sized bowl.
Use fork to further break eggs down to desired consistency/size.
Add remaining ingriedients & stir.



Serving Size: Makes 4 generous sized sandwich portions
