These cookies use a little bit of wheat flour, but it's not much per cookie! These cookies use a little bit of wheat flour, but it's not much per cookie!
Number of Servings: 24


    3/4 cup Butter, room temperature
    1/4 cup Splenda sugar blend for baking
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup almond meal
    1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking powder


1. Cream sugar and butter in medium sized bowl. Add egg and vanilla, beat well.
2. Stir in Almond meal and flour, mix well. Add Cocoa powder, salt and baking powder.
3. Roll dough into 1 1/2 sized balls and flatten out on greased or parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Space 3 inches apart.
4. Bake in 325F oven for 15 minutes. Cool completely before eating.

Serving Size: Makes approximately two dozen cookies
