    20 oz carrots (I used "bunny-luv from grimmway farms)
    2.25 cups chicken broth (Pacific organic free range brand)
    2 Tablespoons canolia oil
    1 pound kale greens (fresh organic)
    1 onion (I used medium) semi chopped
    1 clove garlic (smashed and chopped)


Also try occasionally adding bean sprouts or sliced water chesnuts, or tiny shrimp to make it a meal.
I use this as a soup base too.


Stock pot: heat oil and add onion and carrots... very low heat ... until onions begin to look glossy.
Add 3/4 cup broth and kale, cover and simmer 8-15 or to desired doneness..... add remaining broth as needed while cooking and any seasonings you desire. The longer you simmer the more tender carrotts and limp the greens. Depends on your prefference.
