    Water, tap, .75 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .25 cup
    Kroger LITE Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Sun Bird General Tso's Chicken Season Mix Packet, 1.14 oz
    Chicken - Tyson All Natural Chicken Breast Tenderloins, 20 oz
    Flour, Kroger Enriched, unbleached, 0.375 cup
    Bertolli Extra Light Olive Oil, 4 tbsp


Reheats well as leftovers.
I use a lot of chicken to reduce the spice because my girlfriend is pregnant; use less chicken for more spice.
Also, add broccoli florets to sauce mixture for texture and flavor.


Fill measuring cup to 3/4 cup with water. Add 1/4 cup of sugar, 3 tbsp soy sauce, and General Tso's seasoning packet. Stir until mixed completely and then periodically to avoid letting ingredients separate.

Cut in to bite sized pieces, removing large chunks of fat as well as the white skin. Coat evenly in flour. Then dump in to frying pan. Fry until lightly golden. Then add sauce mixture. Allow mixture to boil, stirring occasionally. Once mixture boils, reduce to lowest heat and allow to thicken.

Serve over rice.
