Ingredients

    3 boneless, skinless split chicken breasts
    1 16-ounce can of undrained, pitted dark sugar-free cherries
    1 cup sauterne
    1/3 cup unbleached wheat flour
    1 1/2 tsp paprika
    1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    cooking spray
    4 cups cooked whole grain rice


Directions

Coat chicken with mixture of flour, paprika, and garlic powder. Brown chicken after spraying with cooking spray. Add cherries (including cherry liquid) and wine to the chicken. Cover and simmer for an hour.
Serve over rice.
