Number of Servings: 4


    * Lentils, .6 cup (remove)
    * Tempeh, 1.7 cup (remove)
    * Baby Carrots, raw, 9 medium (remove)
    * *Dole Baby Spinach Salad, 6 oz (remove)
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)


Soften Lentils,
Saute some garlic and a bit of chopped onion in a pot with the olive oil.
Add tempeh, saute for a bit. Add lentils.
Stir in spinach, mix. Reduce heat.
Chop carrots, tomato. Add, bring to simmer.
Season with cumin, turmeric, garlic, red pepper, and a bit of salt to taste!
