    Boars Head Black Forest Ham, 4 slices = 3.5 oz
    Brie Cheese, 1 wedge = 1.2 oz
    BOARS HEAD Cheese Cheddar Sharp, 1 slice = 1 oz
    All Whites liquid egg whites - 1.5 cup
    Eggs, fresh, 4 large
    Zucchini, 1 medium = 2 cups cubed
    Roma (plum) tomatoes, 2, chopped
    Onions, raw, about 1/4 large = 1/2 cup, chopped
    Red sweet Peppers, 1/2 large, chopped
    Organic Broccoli Slaw, about 1 cup = about 3 oz
    Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, about 1.5 tbsp


Amounts were according to my digital kitchen (postal) scale.


Saute' vegetables with ham in olive oil in non-stick skillet (with removable handle) over medium-high heat until softened but not browned. Add cheese. Turn off heat. Stir in well-beaten eggs & All-whites.
Remove handle; place in 350 degree oven. Bake 45-55 minutes until well set.
Slice into 4 wedges. Serve hot.
