    Dandelion Greens
    Red pepper flakes
    olive oil


clean greens and discard tough stems. Chop into 2" pieces. Place in salted boiling water for about 5 min until tender.
Place in pan with all other ingredients and saute for about 5-7 minutes more. Sprinkle with Parm cheese and serve right away.
