Ingredients

    1/3 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
    1/2 scoop Isopure Zero Carb Vanilla Protein Powder
    2 tbsp crushed Kashi Cinnamon Crisp Cereal
    3/4 cup water
    1 tbsp Walden Farms No Calorie Blueberry Syrup
    1/4 cup frozen blueberries
    5 tsp nonfat cottage cheese
    6 tbsp liquid egg whites
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    2 tbsp Ideal No Calorie Brown Sugar

Tips

You can top your oatmeal with Greek yogurt, more Walden Farms syrup or some fresh berries. Yum!


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Fold into an oven-proof bowl and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
