    Zucchini, 177 grams, 1 cup shredded
    Ro Tel Original, 1.25 cup, 1 can drained
    Hillshire Farms Turkey Pepper Jack Sausage, 1 link (64 g), 3 serving, 3 links sliced
    Beans, black, 425 grams, 1 can
    La Victoria Enchilada Sauce Mild, 1 cup


Stir fry onions, garlic, jalapeno, green chiles. When onion golden, add zucchini. After zucchini is cooked add chicken and sausage till browned.
